Bill is a future spaceman trapped in the body of a 21st century visual media artist, who often works with light waves in one way or another. He approaches his work with passion and vision and is the key to the digital images that flit across the walls of the Gardens.He has been intergrating his 3Dimensional artwork with his passion for video media to create TV flowers displaying the documentary work that conveys the serious global message behind the ethos of the Gardens.

Alongside his work with the Synthetic Gardens he is founder and manager of The Projection Gallery, a non-static platform for independent video artists. He uses this connection to create unique gallery film screenings. Bill is also a green fingered pharmer and can be found tending plants and fruit in art and at home.
